Fernwärmekund:innen des Unternehmens waren in den vergangenen Jahren teils mit sehr hohen Rechnungen konfrontiert. Die Verbraucherzentrale hält die erfolgten Preiserhöhungen für unzulässig. Der Verbraucherzentrale Bundesverband (vzbv) geht daher gerichtlich gegen das Unternehmen vor. Wenn sich genügend Betroffene melden, soll eine Sammelklage erhoben werden.
